What does the future hold?

We are looking at ways of expressing the future in English, here you have a summary 

This year we have acquired a few more expressions:

to be on the verge of, on the point of, on the brink of

to be +infinitive

to be+ bound to, set to, due to, about to

You can also send your futures flying in paper planes at the million futures project.

We can hope for  a brighter and better future but take a look at how some famous artists have imagined London in the future

A display of photomontages imagining how London could be affected by climate change is on display at the Museum of London from 1 October 2010 to 6 March 2011.
